This is a tree-lined forest course where accuracy off the tee is more valuable than pure distance, so favor controlled tee shots aimed at the center of the fairway.

At roughly 6,733 yards the routing plays long enough that long approaches and course management on par‑4s and par‑5s are important for scoring.

Bentgrass greens are generally true and receptive, so trust your lines but pay attention to subtle breaks and pace on longer putts.

Many holes are sheltered by mature trees, reducing wind on some holes but punishing wayward shots, so prioritize positioning over creativity when blocked by trees.
