Nomae Golf is your guide to discovering Japan's finest golf courses. By using our website you agree to these simple guidelines designed to keep our platform helpful, safe, and reliable for all golf enthusiasts.

What We Provide

Nomae Golf provides comprehensive information about golf courses across Japan as-is. We work hard to keep our information accurate and up-to-date, but we can't guarantee 100% accuracy of all course details. We may modify features, update information, or change policies with reasonable notice.

Booking Assistance

Nomae Golf may provide paid booking assistance for golf reservations requested by the customer. Nomae Golf is not a travel agency and does not arrange air, rail, bus, taxi, hotel, or package travel services.

• Booking Assistance Fee: Nomae Golf's booking-assistance fee covers the manual work required to research availability, communicate and coordinate with the golf course, and secure a reservation. The fee is charged only after a reservation has been successfully confirmed and is non-refundable once paid.
• Cancellations and Weather: Golf-course cancellation and refund policies vary by course. Rain alone does not mean that a course is closed. If a customer decides not to play because of rain while the course remains open, the change is treated as a customer-requested cancellation and any course-imposed charges remain the customer's responsibility. If the course closes or cancels play because of severe weather, a natural disaster, or another circumstance outside the customer's control, any waiver or refund of golf-course charges is determined under the course's policy. Nomae Golf's booking-assistance fee remains non-refundable.
• If Nomae Golf is charged, pays, or becomes liable for any cancellation, no-show, reduced-player, late-arrival, or similar golf-course charge because of a requested reservation, we may seek reimbursement from the customer for the actual amount incurred.

When using Nomae Golf, please:

• Use the information responsibly for planning your golf experiences
• Verify course details and availability directly with golf courses before visiting
• Respect the intellectual property of course information and imagery
• Use the platform for legitimate golf-related purposes only

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a quality experience for all users, these activities are not allowed:

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Using automated tools to scrape or download our content
• Redistributing our course information without permission
• Any illegal or harmful activities

Privacy & Data

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your personal data to third parties. We only collect essential information to provide and improve our services.

Golf course details, prices, availability, and golf-course policies may change without notice, and course-side charges remain subject to the applicable golf course.
