Playing Tips

1
Accuracy off the tee is important on this hilly layout because valley and pond crossings can heavily penalize wayward drives.
2
Adjust club selection carefully for frequent elevation changes, since uphill and downhill shots often play significantly longer or shorter than the yardage.
3
Several holes require carries over ponds or into valleys so play conservatively when hazards are in play and favor the safe side of greens.
4
Greens are bentgrass and can be subtly undulating, so prioritize approach positioning and lag putting, and note that soft spikes are required and sub-bags are prohibited.

Weather & Seasonal Information

Local Weather Patterns
A mild maritime climate produces warm, humid summers with a rainy season in June and occasional typhoon influence in late summer, while winters are relatively mild and often clear—coastal breezes can affect exposed holes.
Best Season to Play
Spring (March–May) is ideal for cherry blossoms and mild temperatures, while autumn (October–November) also offers clear skies and excellent views of Mount Fuji.
