Many holes feature tighter landing areas and the overall yardage is long, so prioritize accuracy and position off the tee rather than pure distance.

Approach and putting require attention to surface type—bentgrass greens are typically faster and hold delicate chips, while zoysia/high-ryo surfaces can be firmer and require more aggressive trajectory control.

Wind can be shifty on ridge and exposed holes, so observe flags and nearby tree movement before committing to a club and trajectory.
