The terrain is mostly flat with minimal elevation changes, making it accessible for players of all levels. The East course features standout holes such as the long 4th and the 8th, which has a pond around the 195-yard mark. The Middle course’s 6th hole is notably long with a narrow landing area off the tee, requiring precise shots. On the West course, the 2nd hole is a popular downhill hole with a beautiful curved bridge spanning the pond near the green. The course uses bentgrass greens and only allows soft spikes.

Playing Tips

Although the terrain is mostly flat, accuracy off the tee is important because fairways are relatively narrow so position often beats pure distance.

On the East Course, play conservatively on the long 4th to leave a manageable approach and carry enough club on the 8th to avoid the pond around 195 yards.

The Middle Course 6th is a long hole with a tight landing area off the tee, so favour placement and controlled tee shots rather than trying to drive it long.

On the West Course 2nd, account for the downhill carry to the green and the pond with its curved bridge by trusting your yardage and committing to the shot.

Bentgrass greens are generally receptive and not overly fast, but they show subtle breaks so take extra care reading putts and approach pins.
