Playing Tips

1
Take advantage of the wide, flat fairways and be willing to hit longer tee shots, but prioritize accuracy to avoid the groves of black pine and acacia between holes.
2
There are relatively few OB markers, so you can play more aggressively off the tee, yet avoid drifting into tree-lined divides where recovery becomes difficult.
3
Pay attention to coastal wind from the Sea of Japan which can change club selection and ball flight, especially on exposed holes and late-afternoon rounds.
4
Greens are bentgrass and can be firm and fairly quick with subtle breaks, so focus on speed control and careful line reading when putting.
5
Confirm the active putting green before each hole since some holes have multiple greens, and plan approach shots to the correct green section.
