Playing Tips

Favor placement over distance off the tee because the hilly, strategic routing rewards accuracy and often penalizes wayward drives.

Play conservatively around the many water hazards and cleverly positioned bunkers, laying up when carries or cross-hazard shots are risky.

Approach shots should target the correct tier on the bentgrass, undulating greens since miss-location can lead to difficult two-putts.

Exposed ridges and elevated tees can produce stronger gusts, so always check wind direction and adjust club selection on uphill or exposed lies.

After rain the course typically plays longer and greens become slower, so consider taking an extra club on approaches and be cautious with putt pace.

Best Season to Play

Late spring (April–May) and autumn (September–November) are ideal for pleasant temperatures and stable conditions, while the rainy season (June–early July), hot humid summer and occasional typhoons in late summer/early autumn are best avoided.

Dress Code

Please wear a jacket or blazer when entering and leaving the premises (except from July to September). Jogging pants, jeans, T-shirts, sandals, and other attire that may cause discomfort to other guests are also prohibited.
