Playing Tips

The hilly, tree-lined layout rewards accuracy off the tee more than raw distance, so favor placement and use the wider part of fairways when available.

Strategically placed bunkers and ponds protect many approach angles, so choose clubs conservatively into greens and consider laying up on risk-reward holes.

Bentgrass greens are generally true and can play firm, so be cautious with putt speed and take time to read subtle breaks.

Elevation changes often make shots play longer or shorter than yardage indicates, and exposed ridges can create swirling winds, so adjust club selection for up/downhill lies and variable wind.

Soft spikes are required, so wear appropriate footwear and prioritize stability on sloping lies.
