Expect variable coastal winds from the Seto Inland Sea; monitor wind direction throughout the round and adjust club selection and aim accordingly.

Many approaches play uphill or downhill—club up for uphill shots and be conservative on downhill approaches to avoid running through the green.

Soft spikes are required, so make sure your footwear complies before you play.
