Playing Tips

Accuracy off the tee is rewarded because fairways feature mounds and strategically placed bunkers, so prioritize placement over length.

Many holes are guarded by ponds and bunkers—most notably the water‑surrounded green on the 4th hole—so play conservative approach shots to avoid short‑siding yourself.

The large bentgrass one‑green is very undulating, so aim to leave your approach below the hole and be prepared for challenging reads on long putts.

Because the course is hilly, pay attention to elevation changes and adjust club selection accordingly (often one more club uphill and one less downhill).

Wind can funnel across the ridges on breezy days, affecting trajectory and distance, so factor wind into club choice and consider lower‑trajectory shots when gusty.
