Playing Tips

At 7,201 yards with hilly terrain, prioritize accurate tee shots over pure distance to avoid long, difficult approach shots.

Fairways are generally generous but the redesigned layout rewards strategic play and can punish overly aggressive lines into well-protected greens.

Bentgrass greens are maintained to near-tournament standards, so expect relatively fast surfaces with subtle breaks that make lag putting and precise approaches important.

Frequent elevation changes make club selection tricky—carry an extra club on uphill approaches and be cautious on downhill shots to avoid rolling past the target.

Wind can pick up on exposed, elevated holes so check the breeze and adjust aim and club choice accordingly, and remember soft spikes are recommended for traction.
