Playing Tips

The course rewards accuracy off the tee—favor direction over distance because fairways are relatively tight and framed by black pine stands.

Being a seaside layout, wind direction and gusts can change rapidly so always factor wind into club selection, especially on exposed coastal holes.

Bentgrass greens are maintained to tournament standards and can be quick and true, so aim to leave approach shots below the hole and focus on first-putt speed control.

Strategically placed bunkers and pine hazards protect many landing areas and greens, so play conservative lines when trouble looms and avoid difficult recovery shots.

Take advantage of downwind holes by being more aggressive, but when playing into the breeze lay up to preferred yardages rather than trying to overpower the wind.
