Playing Tips

The main 18 holes have wide, tree-lined fairways where accuracy and avoiding the trees often pays more than sheer distance, while the Ishiyama 9 requires more strategic shot placement.

Significant elevation changes on the hilly layout mean club selection can play one or two clubs different than the raw yardage, so pay attention to uphill and downhill shots.

Bentgrass greens are generally true with subtle breaks, so take extra time to read putts and trust slower, smooth strokes on longer lag putts.

Open or elevated holes can pick up local breezes, so factor wind into club selection especially in the afternoon and on exposed tees.

Best Season to Play
