Wide fairways and mostly flat terrain reward conservative tee shots—favor accuracy over maximum distance to keep the ball in play.

From many tee boxes you can see the greens, so course management and laying up when necessary will help avoid long recovery shots.

Bentgrass greens tend to be true in line; focus on hitting approaches below the hole to leave manageable uphill putts.

Open, rolling sections can be affected by wind, so check conditions before each hole and adjust club selection accordingly.
