About This Course

Onishi Terrace Golf Club is located in Oshiro, Kitanakagusuku Village, in central Okinawa. The facility offers an 18-hole layout with a par of 63, giving it a configuration distinct from a standard par-72 course. The greens use Korai grass, a traditional Japanese turf type associated with a firm playing surface and seasonal playing characteristics. Rakuten GORA classifies the facility under “Other,” and lists the course as designed in-house. The available source record does not provide detailed information on hole-by-hole strategy, terrain, facilities, or operating policies. Golfers should confirm current opening information, reservation requirements, access details, and local playing conditions before visiting. Its location in Nakagami District provides a useful reference for planning travel within Okinawa Prefecture.

Playing Tips

1
The short 3,925-yard, par-63 layout rewards controlled placement and accurate approach shots rather than maximum distance.
2
Use conservative targets when the hole layout or landing area is unfamiliar, since detailed hole-by-hole information is not available in the supplied course data.
3
Korai grass greens can feel firm and may produce relatively low, releasing putts, so allow for pace and leave uphill putts whenever possible.
4
Check the wind before each shot because Okinawa’s coastal and seasonal winds can change club selection and ball flight.
5
Bring a flexible game plan for showers and changing conditions, and confirm the day’s local rules and course status before play.
