Playing Tips

Tee shots require accuracy because fairways are gently undulating with American-style mounds that can leave difficult recovery lies if you miss the fairway.

The front nine has creeks and ponds that come into play, so use conservative club selection off the tee and aim for the safer side of the fairway to avoid water hazards.

Being near Omura Bay means coastal winds can be a factor—expect crosswinds or gusts on exposed holes and adjust club selection accordingly.

The back nine is lined with cedar and several greens are guarded by ponds, so prioritize position into the putting surface rather than always attacking the pin from distance.

Greens are bentgrass and can be tricky and firm with subtle breaks, so take extra time reading putts and note that the rocky, stadium-like 18th green requires a precise uphill approach to save par.
