Despite the relatively short total yardage, tight landing areas and hilly routing mean you should prioritize accuracy and course management over raw distance.

The long and unusual 12th hole (a Par 6) rewards careful club selection and conservative play to avoid making a big number on a hole that can bite you if overly aggressive.

The 14th hole crosses a valley and often plays differently depending on wind and elevation change, so confirm carry distances and consider a layup if the wind is up.

Greens are a mix of zoysia and bentgrass with subtle undulations, so approach shots must be precise and you should spend time reading breaks and speed before putting.

Coastal sea breezes can change direction and strength during the round, so watch the flags and be prepared to take an extra club into the wind on exposed holes.
