Playing Tips

Accurate tee shots are essential because the course’s small hills and frequent elevation changes make distance control and placement more important than raw power.

The relatively short overall yardage rewards strategic play—lay up to the safer side of the fairway to avoid tricky downhill or blind approach shots.

Carefully judge club selection on uphill and downhill approaches, as elevation changes often mean you will be one club different than flat-yardage suggests.

Greens are Zoysia (firm and slightly slower), so aim for the proper tier and expect less roll than on fast bentgrass surfaces when putting.

Wind can be variable on ridge and exposed holes, so check wind direction and strength before committing to driver or long irons.
