Playing Tips

Favor accuracy off the tee on the undulating front nine, as narrow fairways and out-of-bounds areas punish wayward drives.

Many holes are separated by native forest and strategic hazards, so plan conservative tee shots and attack openings rather than forcing recovery shots.

The back nine is longer and generally downhill or flat, so adjust club selection for some shorter approach distances but be prepared for longer overall yardage.

The 18th is a well-known lake-carry where the third shot often requires a precise layup or a confident risk over water.

Expect swirling winds on the highland plateaus that can affect trajectory, and note that mixed bentgrass and zoysia greens will show different speeds and grain—take time to read pace and breaks.
