Take advantage of generally wide fairways but favour accuracy off the tee to avoid the pine trees that line many landing areas.

The signature par-3 5th hole plays over water and requires precise club selection—be conservative when the wind picks up.

Greens are a mix of bentgrass and zoysia, so expect faster, truer rolls on bent areas and thicker, slower surfaces on zoysia that require firmer putting and careful pace control.

Bunkers and ponds are strategically placed on many approaches, so plan tee shots to leave comfortable distances for your wedges rather than attacking blind pins.

The opening hole after the suspension bridge can feel intimidating, so play the first few holes conservatively to settle into your round.
