Make use of the wide fairways by aiming for the center off the tee to reward aggressive drives while avoiding slopes and fringe trouble.

At over 7,000 yards plan for long approaches and consider laying up on reachable par‑5s to leave comfortable wedge shots into the green.

Greens are a mix of bentgrass and zoysia so expect bent surfaces to play faster and zoysia (Kōrai) to hold shots more—prioritize delicate distance control on all putts.

The course's hilly nature creates many uphill and downhill lies and exposed elevated holes where gusty winds are common, so adjust club selection and shot trajectories accordingly.
