Opened in April 2020 alongside a newly built clubhouse, it offers a well-maintained layout with a par of 72 over 6,843 yards, set in gentle hilly terrain. The course features bentgrass greens and encourages self-play, with players responsible for carrying their own bags and cleaning clubs after their rounds. All riding carts come equipped with GPS navigation for easy score tracking, and from mid-2025, a premium Cool Cart with powerful fans will be available. Dining options include a restaurant serving lunch, while vending machines are available on site. Group event rooms and prize arrangements are offered by advance reservation, making it suitable for both casual rounds and organized competitions.

Bentgrass greens tend to be true and can play quickly, so focus on precise distance control and carefully read subtle breaks before putting.

Coastal breezes can affect ball flight on exposed holes, so check wind direction on the GPS-equipped cart and plan tee shots accordingly.

Aim to leave approaches from the flatter side of the fairway to get a more predictable lie on sloped greens and make uphill putts easier.

Since play is mainly self-service, bring extra towels for club cleaning and be prepared to manage pace of play and your own on-course needs.
