The hilly layout rewards accurate tee shots—favor position over distance to leave the best angles into the greens.

Greens are New Bentgrass with gentle slopes and subtle breaks, so take extra time to read the contours and prefer conservative putts when below the hole.

Undulating fairways mean you'll often face sidehill and uphill lies, so practice and plan shots from uneven stances.

On uphill approach shots club up to account for elevation gain, and on downhill approaches allow for extra rollout.

Soft spikes are recommended for traction on slopes, and while winds are often light to moderate, they can strengthen on exposed ridges so check conditions before your round.
