Playing Tips

The course is laid out across rolling hills so account for elevation changes when selecting clubs, often taking one more club for uphill approaches and one less for downhill shots.

Accuracy off the tee is rewarded on the hilly fairways—staying in the fairway avoids awkward lies and blind or long approach shots.

There are two green surfaces (bentgrass and zoysia/korai), so green speed and break vary; expect bent greens to be faster and zoysia to be slower and firmer.

Wind can swirl in valleys and on ridges, so observe the flag and surrounding terrain before committing to a club and trajectory.

If you try the club’s ‘Ironman’ 45‑hole option, pace yourself and use the generous buffet to refuel between rounds.
