Playing Tips

The wide, flat fairways reward controlled drives but the overall yardage (6,872 yd) means several par 4s and par 5s demand length off the tee.

Bentgrass greens hold approach shots well but can be relatively fast with subtle breaks, so prioritize distance control and careful reads.

Well-placed hazards and bunkers protect many landing areas and approaches, so favor accuracy over overly aggressive lines to avoid big numbers.

Wind is often light in the morning but can pick up in the afternoon on exposed holes, so check conditions and adjust club selection accordingly.

If you lack length, adopt conservative lay-up strategies on longer holes rather than forcing risky carries to guarded greens.

Best Season to Play

Late autumn (October–November) and spring offer the best combination of mild temperatures and clear visibility for views of Mount Fuji and the Southern Alps.

Dress Code

During play, please wear a collared sports shirt and tuck it into your trousers. Do not wrap towels around or let them hang from your waist, neck, or shoulders.
