With only 945 yards over nine holes, accuracy and short-game play are rewarded more than raw distance.

Several holes require carrying a pond or negotiating downhill shots from the hillside, so choose clubs conservatively and allow for extra roll on downhills.

Set up for controlled, lower-trajectory shots through the forested holes since trees will penalize wayward drives and approaches.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained and tend to give a true roll, so take time to read subtle breaks and be mindful of green speed on different days.
