Playing Tips

The course sits on gently rolling, hilly terrain so accurate tee shots and careful club selection for uphill and downhill approaches are more important than raw distance.

Fairways play relatively tight for the yardage, so favor position over power off the tee to avoid difficult recovery shots from the rough.

Greens are bentgrass and very well maintained, often firm and true, so control approach spin and pace and note that some holes have alternate greens which change angles and pin positions.

Coastal breezes from the Seto Inland Sea can affect exposed holes, so always check wind direction and strength before committing to a club choice.
