The course is relatively flat and not overly long, so accurate tee shots and smart course management are more valuable than raw distance.

Many fairways are lined by trees and several greens are protected by bunkers and water, so aim for the center of the fairway and avoid risky lines into tight landing areas.

Several shorter holes are narrow and demand precise mid-iron or wedge play, making conservative shot selection and layups often the best strategy.

Bentgrass greens are generally receptive but can run fast and show subtle breaks, so take extra care reading speed and approach angles.

Being on open plains, wind can change between calm and brisk—especially in spring and autumn—so always account for wind when choosing clubs and trajectories.
