Be prepared for coastal wind—sea breezes and gusts can alter ball flight, so adjust club selection and consider keeping a lower trajectory in strong winds.

Work on your short game since many approaches require precision around the Zoysia (koma) greens where subtle slopes and firm surfaces make up-and-downs crucial.

On approach shots aim for the center of the green rather than attacking pins aggressively, as the Zoysia surface and undulations can make precise hole-seeking more penalizing than conservative play.
