The front nine plays with gentle undulations so prioritize accuracy and conservative tee shots to stay in play.

The back nine features several sea‑over and coastline holes where wind and carry distance are critical—club up or down accordingly.

Fairways and greens are sculpted to resemble waves, so favor centered tee shots and avoid putting yourself on difficult side slopes.

Greens are bentgrass and can be subtly undulating, so take extra time to read breaks and focus on pace control.

Take advantage of the GPS-equipped carts for exact yardages, especially when wind makes club selection tricky near the ocean.
