At over 7,000 yards with a hilly layout, accuracy off the tee is more valuable than raw distance—aim for safe fairway positions to give yourself mid-iron approaches.

Many holes feature ponds and tree-lined fairways, so favor conservative lines and avoid risky left/right carries that bring water into play.

Bentgrass greens are generally smooth and can run quickly in warm weather, so prioritize speed control and carefully read the subtle breaks from elevation changes.

Elevation changes affect club selection—take one extra club for uphill shots and be conservative on downhill approaches to avoid running past the green.
