The course is hilly with significant elevation changes so prioritize accurate tee shots and course position over raw distance to avoid difficult approach angles.

Mountain and valley breezes frequently affect play so check wind direction from higher ground before choosing clubs and account for crosswinds on exposed holes.

Bentgrass greens are typically smooth and can be firmer and faster in summer, so be precise with pace on your putts and try to leave approach shots below the hole.
