Solo play in Japan is usually arranged by joining a shared slot. Here is what happens after you send a request, how minimum player counts work, and what to expect if plans change.
You choose a solo-play slot and send the request through us rather than contacting the course directly.
We then submit the request to the golf course and ask them to reserve you into that shared slot.
The course decides whether the booking can be accepted based on current availability and the status of that slot.
If the slot reaches the required number of players for that day, the round goes ahead and you play as scheduled.
Each solo-play slot shows the minimum number of players required. This is important because many solo rounds only operate if enough players join the group.
Our charge and refund timing is tied to whether we successfully reserve your place and whether the shared round actually happens.
Solo play is usually reliable, but it depends on shared demand. If your trip schedule is very tight, we recommend keeping some flexibility or considering a standard booking option as a backup.
We handle refund follow-up on our side if a solo round does not go ahead after your spot was reserved.
