Playing Tips

The course is mostly flat with gentle elevation changes under 30 meters, so prioritize accurate tee placement over trying to overpower holes.

Many holes feature strategically placed water hazards and doglegs, so favor positioning your tee shots to leave the clearest angle into the green rather than always aiming for maximum distance.

Pay attention to which greens are bentgrass versus Zoysia (Kōrai): bent surfaces will generally run faster and smoother while Zoysia tends to be slower and require more club on approach shots.

On breezy days adjust club selection and aim slightly more conservatively on exposed holes, as wind can make even modest holes play longer or move the ball offline.

Because the layout is forgiving with relatively flat lies, beginners can benefit from conservative strategies—play to the center of fairways and avoid aggressive pin-seeking when water is in play.
