Playing Tips

1
Accuracy off the tee is essential because the course is pine-lined and tree trouble or lost balls are common on errant drives.
2
With 36 holes and relatively long total yardage, many holes reward placement and course management over raw distance, so consider laying up where needed.
3
Greens use both Zoysia (Kōrai) and Bentgrass, so expect slower, grain-influenced speeds on Zoysia greens and crisper, faster reads on Bentgrass surfaces.
4
Wind in the Kanto region can be variable—check wind direction on elevated tees and play more conservatively on exposed holes.
5
Aim to leave approach shots below the hole when possible because many greens are subtle and long downhill putts can be penalizing.

Weather & Seasonal Information

Local Weather Patterns

Best Season to Play
Spring (April–May) and autumn (September–November) provide the most comfortable temperatures and stable weather, while the rainy season (June–July) and the hot, humid midsummer (July–August) are less ideal.
