Play conservatively off the tee to find the flatter portions of the gently undulating fairways and leave better angles into the greens.

Account for sea breezes from Mutsu Bay—use one more club into a headwind and reduce a club with a tailwind when lines feel uncertain.

Aim for the center of the multi‑tiered greens on approach shots to avoid difficult short or downhill putts and tricky recovery shots.

On holes with noticeable elevation change, adjust club selection for uphill and downhill lies and focus on solid contact from uneven stances.
