Playing Tips

The course combines garden-style old holes that are generally more forgiving with newer, more demanding layouts, so be more conservative on the new holes and attack selectively on the old ones.

Because the venue is close to Tokyo Bay, expect sea breezes that can change strength during the round and adjust club selection accordingly.

Bentgrass greens reward well-struck approach shots and good putting lines, so use the cart GPS to check pin positions and favour the correct side of the green for your angles.

Play is on generally flat ground and all carts have touch-panel GPS, so rely on distance data to manage risks off the tee and on approaches rather than guessing yardages.

Coastal Kanto weather with humid summers, mild winters and frequent sea breezes from Tokyo Bay that can strengthen in the afternoon, with occasional typhoons in late summer.

Best Season to Play

Spring (April–May) and autumn (October–November) offer the most comfortable temperatures and stable conditions, while late summer can bring typhoons and high humidity.

Dress Code

During play, please refrain from wearing clothing not sold as golf (sports) wear, such as T-shirts or jeans. Please wear soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes while playing. For safety and heatstroke prevention, wearing a hat during play is recommended.
