Playing Tips

1
Accuracy off the tee is more important than distance because the hilly, undulating fairways reward placement over power and the bentgrass greens can show subtle breaks.
2
On the 9th, a bunker protects the front of the green so carry the bunker or aim for the back to leave an easier uphill putt.
3
The downhill 12th is a short hole with a pond in front, so club up and favor the center or back of the green to avoid the water.
4
The 13th is a long middle hole with significant elevation change and a two‑tiered green, so account for uphill yardage and aim for the correct tier to avoid difficult long putts.
5
The finishing 18th has a pond guarding the right front of the green, so play a controlled approach aimed slightly left rather than attacking a front‑right pin.
