On the East Course prioritize accuracy off the tee because narrow, tree-lined fairways reward position over raw distance.

The West Course is a championship layout with water hazards and creeks, so plan conservative layups and avoid risky carries into guarded greens.

Bentgrass greens tend to be firm and true, so focus on pace control and read subtle breaks to minimize three-putts.

Many holes are sheltered by mature forest so wind is often reduced, but exposed tees and elevated approaches can still be affected by breezes — check conditions before each shot.

Soft spikes are required, and tournament setups on the West Course may feature tight pin positions and faster greens, so favor accuracy on approaches.
