The course's hilly terrain produces frequent elevation changes so carefully adjust club selection for uphill and downhill lies.

Accuracy off the tee is often more important than distance because tighter landing areas and strategic angles set up easier approach shots.

Well-maintained bentgrass greens are receptive but can be subtly undulating, so prioritize a precise approach and read breaks carefully to avoid three-putts.

Exposed ridge holes can play noticeably windier, so check wind direction at each tee and plan lower trajectories or more conservative lines when necessary.

Use the GPS-equipped electric carts and the practice facilities to confirm yardages and practice the types of shots you’ll face on the course.
