Playing Tips

Although the overall routing is relatively flat, fairways are on the narrower side so prioritize accuracy off the tee rather than distance.

Greens are bentgrass with moderate undulation and speed, so favor conservative club selection into the greens and be mindful of subtle breaks.

Take advantage of the forward and special ladies' tees (including the 65+ women's tee) to shorten holes and simplify approach shots.

Wind is usually light in this inland highland area but can pick up on exposed holes, so check the flags before every shot.

After rain or on cool mornings the turf can be soft and reduce roll on drives and approaches, so factor that into your yardages.

Dress Code

When arriving and after holing out, please be sure to wear a jacket (blazer), except from May to October. Shirts without collars are not allowed; please wear collared attire. Entry is prohibited in T-shirts, jeans, tracksuits, jumpers, flip-flops, sandals, etc.
