Playing Tips

The course is largely flat along the Yoshii River with subtle undulations, so prioritize accurate approach shots and course management over sheer distance.

At just over 6,000 yards and a par 70, precise iron play and a strong short game will typically score better than trying to overpower holes.

Many fairways play relatively narrow, so favor controlled tee shots or hybrids to avoid rough and recovery situations.

Greens are Zoysia (Kōrai), which tend to be firmer and slower than bentgrass, so expect less pronounced break and focus on distance control and bump-and-run options around the greens.

The riverside layout can funnel local winds on open holes, so check wind direction carefully and adjust club selection accordingly.

Best Season to Play

Late spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November) offer the most comfortable temperatures and the most stable playing conditions, while summer can be hot and humid and winter may see dormant Zoysia surfaces.
