Playing Tips

Fairways are generally wide so play conservatively off the tee to avoid trouble on the hilly approaches and set up comfortable angles into greens.

Account for elevation changes on approaches—club up or down as needed since several shots play uphill or downhill and can significantly alter distance.

Prepare for coastal winds and afternoon sea breezes that can change direction and strength, so check wind before each hole and favor controlled shots.

Greens are bentgrass and can be true and quicker in warm months, so focus on hitting the correct side and pace your putts carefully.
