Playing Tips

Although the terrain is relatively flat, accuracy off the tee is rewarded because the three rotating nines are strategically bunkered and require position play.

Approach shots demand good distance control since the course uses two well-maintained Bentgrass greens with subtle undulations that can affect putt lines.

Watch the wind on exposed holes across the Kanto plain and adjust club selection accordingly, as breezes can change shot carry and roll.

Use the GPS-equipped carts to confirm yardages and the daily Middle/East/West rotation so you can plan safe layups and avoid hazards, and warm up at the practice range before your round.

Located on the Kanto plain, the area experiences hot, humid summers with occasional afternoon thunderstorms, mild springs with occasional strong gusts, pleasant autumns, and cool winters with little snowfall; seasonal winds tend to be southeasterly in summer and northwesterly in winter.

Best Season to Play

Spring (April–May) and autumn (September–November) are the most comfortable times to play, offering stable weather and pleasant temperatures while avoiding the intense summer heat.

During play, please refrain from wearing clothing not sold as golf (sports) wear, such as T-shirts or jeans; please wear golf shoes with soft spikes or spikeless soles; wearing a hat is recommended to prevent accidents and heatstroke.
