Playing Tips

Although the fairways are generally wide, mature trees line many holes so keep tee shots straight to avoid blocked approaches and lost balls.

Take advantage of fairway cart access to save energy and position the cart for optimal approach angles, especially on longer days without a half-time break.

The course has no blind or dogleg holes so focus on distance control and simple shot placement rather than complex course management.

Approach the Zoysia (Kōmatsu/high-turf) greens conservatively as they can hold slower pitches but exhibit noticeable grain—plan for slightly firmer putts and read the grain carefully.

Be aware of river-side holes where cross or swirling winds can affect ball flight, so club up or down accordingly and favor controlled shots into the greens.
