Playing Tips

1
At 7,007 yards the course rewards length off the tee, so favor longer clubs and prioritize reaching safe landing areas on long par 4s and par 5s.
2
Tree-lined fairways and dense red pines punish wayward drives, so prioritize accuracy and shape your tee shots rather than always trying to overpower.
3
The layout uses natural undulations and elevation changes, so play to the contours and choose landing zones that leave the easiest approach angles.
4
Soft bentgrass greens are receptive, which allows you to attack pins, but judge distance carefully because subtle breaks and grain can affect short putts.
5
Wind can be gusty on exposed or elevated holes, so check wind direction on the tee and be prepared to change club selection accordingly.
