Playing Tips

Position tee shots to prioritize accuracy over distance because Vijay Singh’s design punishes errant drives with large bunkers and water features.

Treat holes that feature the massive 150‑yard beach bunker and linked water hazard as risk‑reward opportunities and consider laying up when the wind is up.

Bentgrass greens can be quicker and firmer than surrounding turf—pay close attention to slope and pin location when planning approach shots and putts.

Be prepared for coastal breezes and changing conditions; adjust club selection for afternoon winds and allow extra carry on hazards when humidity is high.
