The Red Better Course rewards strategic shot‑making—use your full set of clubs and plan each hole to avoid long recovery shots.

Tee locations offer variety but accuracy off the tee is important to keep out of traditional sand bunkers and short‑grass trouble around landing areas.

Bentgrass greens show notable undulations, so take extra time to read the slopes and prefer conservative putts when the break is severe.

Approach shots that miss the green often find penal bunkers or awkward lies, so prioritize distance control and aim for the safer side of the green on difficult pin positions.

Coastal breezes can develop, especially in the afternoon on exposed holes, so check wind direction and club accordingly before every tee shot.
