Treat tee shots conservatively because the mountainous routing brings elevation changes and some tighter landing areas where accuracy beats distance.

Adjust club selection carefully on uphill and downhill holes because elevation will significantly alter carry and roll distances.

Expect different putting speeds since greens are a mix of Bentgrass and Zoysia, so check the grass type and test putts before trusting your read.

Factor afternoon and early-morning winds from the Central Alps into long approach shots and tee shots as gusts can be stronger on exposed ridges.

Use the GPS-enabled carts to study hole layouts, locate hazards and plan conservative pin approaches on doglegs and blind sections.
