Playing Tips

The course sits on gently rolling hills so pay close attention to elevation on approach shots and generally club up for uphill and club down for downhill lies.

At over 6,800 yards the routing plays long, so distance off the tee helps but accuracy into shared landing areas will set up easier approaches.

Greens are Bentgrass and very well maintained, so expect true, sometimes brisk speeds and be precise with your pace on putts.

Fairways are of moderate width and the layout rewards conservative strategy—avoid unnecessary risks that leave you with awkward downhill or sidehill lies.

The area has a humid subtropical climate with a June–July rainy season, hot humid summers with occasional typhoon influence in late summer, generally mild winters with possible light snow at 500 m elevation, and cooler, often calm mornings with variable afternoon winds.

Best Season to Play

Late spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November) offer the most comfortable and stable conditions for play, while summer brings the rainy season and typhoon risk and winter can be chilly at elevation.

Dress Code

Please wear a blazer or jacket when entering and leaving the premises (except during summer from June to September). Playing in casual attire such as collarless shirts or jeans is not allowed.
